Not only did they go above and beyond by returning my forgotten headphones promptly, but they also had top-notch ironing facilities available in the room. the heating was perfect, ensuring a cozy stay during the chilly evenings. the dining table was spacious and ideal for enjoying meals together as a family. the free toiletries were of high quality and plentiful, making our stay even more comfortable. the presence of a washing machine and dryer was a game-changer for us, allowing us to pack lightly and stay fresh throughout our trip. the well-stocked kitchen with cookware and utensils, as well as an electric kettle, made it easy for us to prepare meals and enjoy hot beverages at our convenience. the flat-screen TV was a nice touch, providing entertainment during downtime. the carpeted floor added a touch of luxury to the room, making it feel even more welcoming. the proximity of excellent restaurants like La Lombarda, Truffelos, and Siam Cottage within walking distance made dining out a breeze. Overall, our experience at this hotel exceeded all expectations and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic stay in the area.
